Choose your membership plan

Joining fee of $199 will be charged & to be paid in cash to the counter before begin your first session.

All bookings should make 1 day before by visiting the My Booking page on your account.  
 

Cancellation fee of $600 will be charged when cancelling the subscription. To cancel your plan, follow below instructions.

1. Pay the Cancellation Fee here. Make sure to include all the details to avoid any inconveniences. 
2. Once you made the Cancellation Fee, please send a cancellation request email to info@kangaroosportz.com.au mentioning your name and email address in the body along with thePayment Slip / Screenshot. 
3. We'll be manually cancelling your membership and will be notified via email once done. 
4. The cancellation should be done at least 03 business days prior to your weekly renewal date. 

 

The membership is valid for 06 month's time since the joining date.

You will get only one session per day to play. 
 

Membership is open to individuals who are 12 years of age or older. Minors must have a legal guardian's consent to join. Membership is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and may be restricted or denied based on our sole discretion.

 

We accept any credit/debit card payments via Stripe. Membership fees are billed weekly and are non-refundable. Memberships will automatically renew unless the member cancels before the renewal date. 

 

Cricket bowling machine is excluded from the membership and if required, an additional $40 per hour will be charged. 

 

Member Conduct Members are expected to exhibit good sportsmanship and respect for other members, staff, and facilities. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may result in suspension or termination of membership.

 

Members may access the sports warehouse during our operating hours, as posted on our website. Certain facilities, equipment, or services may be subject to additional fees, reservations, or restrictions.

 

By joining, members agree to release and hold harmless Kangaroo Courts Pty. Ltd., its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability for injuries or damages sustained while using the facilities. Members also agree to indemnify Kangaroo Courts Pty. Ltd. against any claims arising from their own negligence.

We reserve the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify members of any significant changes via email or through our website.

 

We reserve the right to terminate a membership for non-payment of fees or violation of club rules. Members will be given notice and an opportunity to remedy the situation before termination. Termination decisions may be appealed by contacting our customer support.

 

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Victoria state. Any disputes arising from membership shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation or mediation, and if unsuccessful, may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with.
